Here are some of the most common questions I get asked prior to bookings. If you have a question, please contact me by email or phone and I will advise you accordingly.

Do I need to make a deposit with my booking?
Yes. I take a 25% non-refundable deposit with all bookings. The remaining balance is to be made 3 days prior to delivery of the full package.

What if I need to cancel?
I understand that circumstances may dictate the need to cancel your appointment. All I ask is that you give me a minimum of 24hrs notice. I offer a re-scheduling at a time to suit you.

Do I need to sign a model release form?
Yes. This protects both the client and the photographer. The MRF has the option for the photographer to use your image for inclusion on Social Media Platforms and The Website and for promotional work such as marketing brochures and flyers etc.

Who has copyright of my images?
The copyright remains with the photographer at all times.
